    Tim Haas obtained his California Real Estate License in 1977 while working as a school teacher for San Diego Unified. He has always had a strong interest in the real estate industry, through his own involvement purchasing and selling properties. Deciding that he needed to make a career change, he left the teaching profession, to enter the world of real estate financing. He has worked in both the Savings & Loan industry, and also in Mortgage Brokerage houses. Tim has consistently been one of RWM Home Loans' top producers since joining the team back in 1996.
