Timothy Patterson serves as an Assistant Vice President in Lee & Associate's New Jersey office. He focuses primarily on industrial and retail brokerage services on both landlord and tenant representation assignments. Timothy is responsible for assisting senior-level brokerage services/real estate professionals in developing relationships and serving the needs of local and/or national prospective customers as well as providing diverse marketing support for leasing services.Prior to joining Lee & Associates, Timothy worked as a Senior Associate in Transwestern's New Jersey office. Timothy also was an Associate at Stan Johnson Company, a real estate investment services firm for countrywide investment sales where he canvassed national and regional tenants and landlords and conducting due diligence of assets through financial analysis and underwriting processes. He also has experience in abstracting leases, mortgages, and title documents and preparation of private equity decks. Tim was also responsible for sourcing financing through third-party lenders for clients. He has collaborated with some of the most premier landlords in New York City.
