Timberline Homes is a small family owned general contractor specializing in residential new construction and renovations in and around the Uptown Charlotte area. In order to maintain our high level of quality and service we only work on a few jobs at any given time. All construction is supervised by Timberline Homes and is performed by specialized subcontractors with applicable insurance and licenses. Our primary focus in recent years has been in the older neighborhoods surrounding Uptown. We work closely with architects to design additions and renovations that emphasize the architecture of the period of the original neighborhood. This creates a balance between the modern day conveniences in a new home with the style and feel of the original home. We are a licensed North Carolina General Contractor #45299. We offer complimentary site visits at the homeowner's convenience. We can also bring in structural engineers and architects to provide a full service package.
