the refinance on our house was not the easiest task. Tim was very informative and stuck with the refinance on our house, when I believe others would have just dropped us.

Dewey, thanks so much, glad I was able to make it work for you, once rates drop let's get you refinanced under the FHA Streamline option.
Any refi is not going to be a pleasant experience. Was Tim himself, it was just the process and issues on our end.
