Hello and thank you for taking a few minutes to review my profile. I live at Holden Beach, and serve clients in the Brunswick County area. I love to help home buyers find the perfect vacation property or hopefully their primary residence on one of the islands. I bring a unique perspective to Real estate in that I am also a Licensed General Contractor. I can see things in or about a home that the average Agent or buyer may not. This is an asset when listing a home, in that the home owner can correct issues before list, thus saving time. The home buyer can save time as well by having major issues pointed out, prior to signing a contract and dealing with costly repairs. I believe in a relaxed approach to Real estate sales, I do not believe in pressuring buyers, we can buy or list a home at your pace. This is the coast, enjoy life.
