I've been a financial advisor with Edward Jones since 1992. I consider myself lucky to have a job I love with a company I'm proud to represent. I've been fortunate to attend the annual Managing Partners Conference more than 10 times, an honor reserved for the firm's top 400 financial advisors.I graduated from the University of Missouri-Columbia with a degree in finance. Kansas City has been my home since shortly after graduation. With a wonderful wife and four grown boys in town, this will always be home. My oldest son, Danny, actually started working with me in 2020. Hopefully, there will be a Dolan representing Edward Jones here in North Kansas City for decades to come.I enjoy playing golf and the opportunity to travel. Our family cheers wildly for the Chiefs, Royals, Tigers and yes, even the Jayhawks – my wife attended KU and recruited all four of my sons to her side!Giving back to the community is important to me. I've been a member of the North Kansas City Rotary Club since 1993. I'm a past president and board member emeritus of the North Kansas City Business Council. I also belong to the North Kansas City Breakfast Club. I've had the pleasure of coaching youth sports for years. As a financial advisor, I enjoy getting to know my clients personally and helping them work toward reaching their financial goals. We use an established process to learn what is important to you and help you build personalized strategies to achieve your goals. We hope to partner together with you and your family throughout your lives. It warms my heart when I have the opportunity to watch my clients' children graduate from college, to attend weddings and retirement celebrations, or to see a picture of their new lake house. To feel I may have played a small part in my clients reaching their goals is why I love my career.
