Tiana Marie was born and raised on the East Coast just north of Boston, Massachusetts. She most recently resided in Manchester, New Hampshire where she graduated from college. Tiana graduated Cum Laude from Southern New Hampshire University with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a minor in Professional Selling. While in Manchester, she worked as a Brand Ambassador under Diageo Distributors where she sharpened her sales, marketing, and customer service skills- She went on to acquire her Property and Casualty License. While working toward Life and Health, she worked for one year as an insurance representative where working very closely with all policyholders to make sure they have sufficient coverage in time of need. In 2017 she moved to San Diego and since has been working as an independent contractor for various SoCal event companies. She most recently has worked with a yacht charter company assisting with customer service, marketing, and client relations. It is very important to her that every client experience is an exceptional one, no matter what industry you are in. The client's needs and understanding what those are is always most important. In this past year Tiana took a strong interest in architecture & home design, horticulture, and continuing education on the importance of investment/financial planning. These were all catalysts for her to make her move into the world of Real Estate. In the middle of 2020 she took full advantage of the COVID-19 closures freeing up some of her time and started her real estate courses. At the end of 2020 she successfully obtained her Real Estate License. Tiana prides herself in her East Coast work ethic & genuity, positive attitude, and strong desire to help others. She is honored and thrilled to help families purchase their dream home and watch their journey.
