Thor Hmielewski

Thor's family has lived in Lee County for generations beginning with his grandparents. Having grown up in the area, Thor is knowledgeable of the different real estate markets in Southwest Florida. In addition to real estate, Thor is also the vice president of his condo association in Southeast Cape Coral. Having been raised with traditional values, you can expect hard work, honesty, and a genuine effort to achieving the best outcome possible for you. Following high school, Thor felt called to join the United States Marine Corps where he would serve twice on the ground in Afghanistan. Upon leaving the Marines, he was hired to protect diplomats in Northern Iraq. Within a few years, Thor was managing his project and consulting top diplomats on operations within the region. Thor began investing in real estate knowing he'd inevitably return home to Southwest Florida. After years of working overseas, he returned home and with a knack for serving people well, consulting, and negotiating, became a full-time realtor helping his clients navigate the market since 2021. He attributes his quick success in the industry to his fundamental belief to do right by the people he's fortunate to serve and being grateful for the opportunity to do so.
