Thomas serves as outside general counsel primarily in the areas of finance, contracts, business transactions, commercial leases, employment issues, sales and acquisitions. Thomas is a Fresno State alumnus where he received his B.A. in the Classics under the esteemed Dr. Victor Davis Hanson, as well as his M.A. in International Relations. He was a recipient of the Dean's Honor's Award as well as the Phoebe Connelly Awards in the Classics, Fine Arts and Literature. He later attended California Western School of Law as a Justice Anthony Kennedy Scholar, the highest award granted by the law school, and received a full tuition scholarship with stipend. Thomas is currently undertaking the licensing exam under the California Board of Accountancy to obtain his designation as a Certified Public Accountant.
