Thomas Rice brings extensive transactional experience to the New York office. As a member of the Firm's Transactional Practice Group, Thomas leverages his deep understanding of capital markets. His legal acumen was honed during his time on the Moot Court Board from 1983-1984, where he later served as Moot Court Editor from 1984-1985. He formerly held a position on the Firm's Global Capital Markets Steering Committee.
