I was born and raised in the Olney neighborhood of Philadelphia and I'm proud to call this city my home. I attended Central High School in 1973 and received my bachelor's degree from Philadelphia Textile in 1979. I am a proud father to five children, Tom Jr., Gabrielle, Michael, Timothy and Nicholas. I have one grandchild, Aiden, who shares my birthday.When I'm not working, I love spending time with my family and cheering on our hometown sports teams. I've also been an avid fisherman my whole life and love nothing more than spending a day out on the water.Over the years, I've built many relationships within the community. I've had the privilege to coach youth sports teams and support the National Association of Police Athletic/Activities League, Inc.
