In 2003, I opened my Allstate agency in Duncanville, Texas, part of the Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan area. Duncanville is a great suburb to raise a family. I married my college sweetheart, Kim, and we're raising our two sons here. I coach their football, basketball and baseball teams, and I enjoy the opportunity not only to help them grow as athletes, but also to teach sportsmanship, teambuilding and life lessons to our city's youth.Many of the attributes I model as a coach are those I bring to my work as an agent, such as positivity. When customers meet me, by the end of our first appointment, it's not uncommon for them to say they feel as if we've known each other for years. I work with a diverse group of customers whose cultural, ethnic and professional backgrounds vary. Some customers have been with Allstate for 50 years or more. I enjoy working with customers as they make decisions that protect what matters most: their family, home, car and boat.I bring a well-rounded and broad scope of insurance knowledge to my role as a trusted Allstate agent. I began my career with Allstate after graduating from University of Houston in 1994 as a claims adjuster. I have worked in so many facets at Allstate, gaining experience in claims, underwriting and sales, and I've held management and leadership roles within Allstate Corporate before becoming an agent. I value my experience in working in so many different departments. It provides me with a large breadth of knowledge that I can draw upon to provide superior customer service.
