He is highly devoted to serving his clients' needs and works diligently to help them achieve their real estate goals by utilizing market data, strong negotiation skills, and diligent communication. Tommy's approach to real estate is both practical and passionate, and he deeply values his relationships with clients and fellow industry professionals. He has an in-depth knowledge of Rockingham and Guilford County neighborhoods and navigating the competitive market effectively. Tommy has worked in real estate as an investor, administrator, property manager, project manager, and broker for a combined 30+ years. He has helped clients from Massachusetts, Texas, Arkansas, Florida, Virginia, and most of the Southeast relocate to the Piedmont. He has partnered with a myriad of construction companies on renovation projects and has extensive construction background and experience that serves his clients well. Tommy attended The College at Southeastern where he graduated with honors and holds a degree in Divinity. He is an avid outdoorsman, and enjoys duck hunting, shooting sporting clays, and skeet in his free time. He has been the Chaplain for the Reidsville High School football team for 10+ years and can be found on the sidelines every Thursday and Friday night in the fall. Tommy has three grown children, Grant, Gage, and Gracen, two of which work in the real estate office with their Dad. Tommy's Mom, Geneva Massey, also works as an agent in the office and started the family business. Tommy enjoys working with new clients and making their real estate dreams become reality.
