Thomas Fior was raised in Delaware County, and graduated from Haverford High School. He attended college at West Chester University where he earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology. Thereafter, Tom moved to Philadelphia where he presently resides. His real estate expertise stretches from the city to the suburbs.
