Growing up in North Western New Jersey, as the son of a hard working single mother and his loving grandmother, Thomas Sloan always understood the value of hard work and dedication to things in and around his life that mattered most. Family has always been his focus and the fuel that drives him and remains his focus to this day. Today, his four children, a beautiful supportive wife, community and close friends help keep him focused on helping others in their lives with their personal finances. Integrity has been the cornerstone of Thomas's professional career in the mortgage industry. He takes the consultative approach to the home loan process by focusing on the individual financial goals of each one of his clients. Thomas's mission is to find the right loan for the right borrower. Thomas specializes in helping first-time home buyers, high balance and jumbo financing, and the Federal Housing and Veterans Administrations as well as helping individuals with evaluating their financial situation and strengthening their financial position to be in a position to build a better future.
