Thomas Feldman is a sole practitioner in Denver. Mr. Feldman's practice is limited to Social Security disability and long term disability insurance claims. He is the creator and moderator of a listserv for Colorado Social Security disability advocates. Tom is a sustaining member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants Representatives (NOSSCR). He is a co-author of The Practitioner's Guide to Colorado Employment Law. He previously served as a Director of the Colorado Plaintiff Employment Lawyers Association (PELA). Tom is a graduate of the Washington College of Law of The American University in Washington, D.C. Before law school, he attended the University of California at Berkeley, where he majored in Conservation of Natural Resources.
