The transaction was seamless and I receive constant communication about the loan process. Thierry and Erick were great, I would love to work together again.

In 2 weeks time Thierry and his team was able to save deal when the prior mortgage company dropped the ball. He kept us informed along the short 2 weeks it took him to finalize the loan.

Thierry took over preparing a loan for a buyer of my listing where the previous mortgage company dropped the ball. Within 2 weeks Thierry's team was able to do an appraisal and underwrtiring in 2 weeks time. My seller had to extend the closing...
