Meet Karen, Karen brings a wealth of Real Estate and investment experience to the table with a proven success record, ranking in the Top Ten for Sales over the last three years in the Ithaca Board of Realtors. She attended Ithaca College, graduating in 1994 with a degree in Physical Education. While at Ithaca she excelled in both field hockey lacrosse earning All-American honors two times and was inducted into the Ithaca College Athletic Hall of Fame. After college, she embarked on a collegiate coaching career serving as Head Women's Lacrosse and Field Hockey coach at Hamilton College before coming back to serve her Alma matter as Ithaca's Head Women's Lacrosse coach for nine seasons. In 2003, she began a family property rental business that has grown to multiple properties including Cayuga Lake vacation rentals, student rentals, and single-family investment properties. In 2022 Karen started "The Karen Hollands Team" with the goal of creating unparralled experience for buyers and sellers in our Ithaca market. Karen has an upbeat and winning approach to everything she does and prides herself on work ethic and clear and consistent communication style that will keep you informed every step of the way.
