He works full time as a percussionist in the music industry in Nashville, Tennessee. Their son Matthew proudly served six years in the U.S. Air Force and now lives in Charleston, South Carolina with his wife and their two children. Their daughter, Lacey, is married, resides in Cartersville, Georgia, and works as a registered nurse in the surrounding area. As grandparents, Malissa and Doug cherish time with their growing family.
