Gary Steinberg is a native of Los Angeles and the San Fernando Valley. For over 25 years, Gary has assisted hundreds of buyers and sellers in Studio City and the surrounding areas. His patience and attention to detail have resulted in clients with him for over 20 years. His professional accolades include the President's Circle, Honor Society, and Silver Level Producer top 5% for Compass. As a resident of Studio City for over 30 years, Gary knows the community and the surrounding area intimately. He takes great pride and pleasure in being involved with neighborhood outreach. Gary is the originator of the Studio City neighborhood social network "Woodbridge Park" through Nextdoor.com, a community organizer for Neighborhood Watch and Emergency Preparedness groups in conjunction with LAPD, as well as Board Member of the Argyle Civic Association and Lead of the Argyle Civic Nextdoor site. Laura Embry was born and raised in Miami but a Los Angeles "native" since 1988, initially moving to the neighborhood of Sherman Oaks. Laura began her career in LA in the record business working in sales, marketing, and artist development for major labels. With over 30 years of business experience, transitioning to real estate was a natural next step. Laura began investing in real estate 20 years ago and has spent several years working alongside her husband in real estate development and community relations. Gary invited Laura to join The Steinberg Group to add her neighborhood expertise to the team, focusing on Northeast Los Angeles -- including Highland Park, Glassell Park, Mt. Washington, and Eagle Rock, where she is an active community member. Laura was an original board member and one of the founders of the Eagle Rock Elementary Education Foundation "EREEF," where she has helped sponsor many local arts events. Laura lives in Eagle Rock with her husband and three kids. Both Gary and Laura share a love of art, music, and community and work to pair these elements with their passion for real estate.
