They have extensive knowledge of the community as they have raised their children there, spanning in age from 7-23 years old.Samantha grew up in Newton, graduated from Emory University, where she studied psychology, and received her Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law in New York City. Prior to joining Compass as a Vice President and Licensed Real Estate Associate Broker, Samantha worked as a litigation associate at Proskauer Rose LLP, a top global law firm, in New York City. Samantha's work experience has allowed her to polish her negotiating, problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills. She is able to draw upon this experience to expertly negotiate and advocate on behalf of her clients, while bringing a strong work ethic and extensive knowledge of the Boston suburb's real estate market.Originally from Long Island, New York, Elissa, her husband and two daughters moved to Needham a decade ago. The experience relocating with two elementary school children has proved invaluable. Elissa is very empathetic to the emotional side of relocating and provides her clients with lots of recommendations and advice on how to help families acclimate to their new surroundings. Elissa graduated from the University of Michigan where she studied psychology and went on to receive a master's degree in elementary education. Her former career in education has provided her with valuable interpersonal and organizational skills that she applies in her daily real estate communication. In addition, Elissa has extensive knowledge of the Needham Public School system as a parent and an educator. She has spent a lot of time teaching, volunteering and tutoring students in her community over the years.Jaime brings a unique blend of counseling expertise, real estate knowledge, and a passion for helping others to her work as a real estate broker. Her career path has always been centered on education and real estate, beginning with her role as a guidance counselor in public schools, where she honed her skills in problem-solving and understanding others' needs.
