Hi there, my name is Teya and it is pronounced "Tia" although it looks like it could be (and people often accidentally say) "Tay-yah." I was born and raised in Minneapolis, am a massive animal lover (my husband and I have 4 pets) and love all things related to homes, design, architecture, and construction. By age 13 I knew for certain I would be in real estate when I grew up and I even told my dad this as we saw a city bus pass by with a Realtor photo on the side of it! I have been in the industry since 1998; I began working for some of the largest property management firms in the nation opening and managing luxury multifamily housing. I obtained my real estate license in 2002 and began selling new construction and existing homes and I never looked back. I love the entire process of working with my clients to achieve their goals. From first time homebuyers, to people ready to find their dream homes, to those who are ready to downsize and "keep it simple." When I am not servicing my clients, you will find me enjoying my family's backyard oasis, traveling, writing, watching live stand-up comedy, cooking, reading (a lot) and of course spending quality time with my friends and family. I love what I do, and I feel incredibly grateful to have known my "calling" very early on. I enjoy working with all people from all walks of life and helping them through the process of buying and selling homes.
