The condition a tenantleaves our home is of upmost importance, as many homes are leased new. Qualitycare by the tenant includes clean walls less smudges, scuffs, grime, stains andother sullied areas. Tenant repairs nail holes and provides paint touch ups. Werequire tenant to have professional carpet cleaning at move out. Our leasesrequire yard maintenance and weed treatments by tenant. All bathroom andkitchen equipment is expected to be left clean and operating normally. Filtersare expected to be changed. These tenant maintenance items are all initialedoff at time of signatures and tenants are expected to fulfill their contractualresponsibilities.
