"I enjoy my business, I love my farm and my home. I have a few close friends and money has never been my God." Edward "Ted" Jones (1925-1990). These words are the reason I began my career with Edward Jones as a financial advisor in 2012. After spending over 15 years in the logistics and transportation industry, I longed to find a company that cared about clients, employees and family like I do. Edward Jones has lived this culture for the last 100 years.My wife, Jeana, and I have been married since 2010 and we have four children. Tatumn is the oldest and lives independently in Denton County. Jayden, a teenager, attends Pottsboro ISD and is very involved in sports and academic programs. Jaelynn and Braelynn are our 2-year old twins that we adopted in April of 2022; life has never been more fun. They both are loved, protected and spoiled by their older sister and brother.Outside of my role with Edward Jones, I am focused on family time and volunteering in my community. We are an active open foster home for Grayson County, we love to volunteer at the local school as watch dogs in the mornings and I have spent seven years on the volunteer board of a local hospital. Recently, I helped coach a basketball camp for disabled children and absolutely had a blast! In addition, my branch participates in the Edward Jones initiative in finding a cure for Alzheimer's by supporting the "Walk to End Alzheimer's" program. I also coach a basketball team for my son and love to coach youth football as well. I have an amazing wife and supportive home, and I have an amazing and supportive company that encourages family, service and building long-term relationships in our community.
