Completely messed up my taxes by leaving out information, causing me to file an amendment and pay additional taxes. The prices are also out of control, since around 2020 they seem to jump in price almost $40 a year, it's practically $400 now...

I don't recommend using Terri. Poor or no communication at all. Unfortunately now facing penalties etc. when I had all of my documents in on time before I was ghosted by this office. Allison and Terri are the worst people to work with.
