"Taking the Stress Out of Buying or Selling Your Home" During college, Terri worked as a part time file clerk in the insurance department at Watson Realty Bakersfield to fund her USC study abroad in Spain, and later returned to Watson as a salesperson at their New Home subdivision. She worked New Hones for almost three years and then began her current career as a residential resale agent. Terri is most grateful for the well-rounded foundation in insurance and new construction. Time and again the knowledge gained in those experiences has added valuable insights that have saved her clients money, and resulted in long term benefits to them. Moving from New Construction to Residential Resales opened the doors for Terri's work with the Relocation Department, assisting Occidental Petroleum Corporation, Chevron, and Aera employees in their transfers to and from Bakersfield, in addition to taking care of the real estate needs of the local townspeople through their various life changes from all over the world.
