In 2024, Teri earned the prestigious CCIM designation, a rigorous education and production award. Teri is one of only two women in the state of Wyoming to hold this important designation. Born and raised in Cheyenne, Wyoming Teri obtained her degree at Emory University (Atlanta, GA) and earned her J.D. from the University of Wyoming College of Law, where she served on the Wyoming Law review and passed the bar in 2010. While in private practice, Teri developed a knack and passion for real estate strategy and performance.
