Combining an accounting degree with a CPA license, Terel spent a decade in a variety of accounting and finance management roles at such Silicon Valley firms as Deloitte, Cupertino Electric, and eBay. After a life coach identified Terel's gifting and skills centered more around people and relationships, he transitioned to real estate in 2006, where his sophisticated approach and client-focused results positioned him in the top 1% of the largest real estate brokerage in the Bay Area. Drawing from an unwavering commitment to integrity, a personal penchant for customer service, and extensive experience in negotiating, Terel both prides and charges himself with delivering his clients world-class service in their real estate transactions. An avid outdoorsman, gardener, and cook, Terel is passionate about many things, but none so much as his wife of more than 15 years, Stacia, and sons, Cade and Bram.
