Los gastos de cierre eran $18,000 que están reflejado en el contrato, $15,000 por parte de de constructora y $3,000 por parte de la casa de titulo y esta reflejado en el cierre final $14,162.18 por parte de la constructora y eran $15,000

They couldn't get me a better rate and told me that the rates are pre bought- that doesn't even exist- I felt so lied to in so many ways.
