After visiting Hilo, Hawaii with her parents as a child, Tawny Bergman, REALTOR and Principal Broker of Jade Dreams Properties LLC, decided then to someday make the town her home. Hilo was a dream well worth the wait. Tawny attended kindergarten through college in Fort Walton Beach, Florida and most of her memories are from that area with the beautiful white-sand beaches on the Gulf of Mexico and small-town atmosphere. Tawny began her Real Estate career earlier than most-- her mom has been a Florida REALTOR since 1972 and Tawny started out taking detailed phone messages for Mom at the young age of six. Growing up Tawny received an education most people don't get to experience until adulthood, and gained a keen awareness and appreciation of the importance of ethics and professionalism as exhibited by her mom. Tawny joined her mother's firm when she received her Florida Real Estate license at the age of 18. She had an assortment of duties as office manager, girl Friday and salesperson. In 2001 Her dream of Hilo became a reality when her husband accepted a position as a Federal Firefighter at Pohakuloa Training Area. Soon after arriving in Hilo Tawny obtained her Hawaii Real Estate License, and in 2007 obtained her Broker's License. Jade Dream Properties, LLC was established in 2012.
