TATIANA FIELDS focuses her practice on assisting clients with commercial litigation and disputes across a variety of industries. Tatiana has experience in all stages of litigation, from initial fact investigation, fact development and discovery, dispositive motion practice, to trial and post-trial work. Her experience also includes taking and defending depositions, arguing motions, and conducting direct and cross-examinations. Tatiana earned her J.D. from New York University School of Law, where she served as a staff editor for the Journal of Intellectual Property and Entertainment Law . During law school, she completed externships at the Natural Resources Defense Council and the New York City Law Department. She completed a fellowship with the ACLU prior to joining Sidley where she worked on litigation relating to immigrants' rights.
