Being a local gal, I have grown up and appreciated all the "Big Sky State" has to offer. I was raised in Billings, MT, a town 60 miles from Red Lodge. It was there on a family ranch that I learned many valuable life lessons and learned the importance of hard, honest work. My family's second home has always been in Red Lodge, MT. I have owned a cabin there for eighteen years where my son Jeremy and daughter Jessica grew up ski racing with my loving husband of thirty-six years. Montana has always been my home, and I thoroughly enjoy sharing this place with others. I began my journey in real estate with my career in interior design. When I look at a house, I see the promise-someone's future-and a realm of possibility. With my vision, my "high school sweetheart" and I started a construction company in the early '90s. The business took off; my husband and I remodel and customize homes so that our clients get exactly what they envisioned. Our company's prosperity fueled my passion, giving me the strength to "take the bull by the horns" and branch out into selling real estate. I became a real estate agent in 2002, and after that, I completed the first of a three-year training program at the Graduate Real Estate Institute (GRI) in Billings. I worked closely with other contractors to find properties that were worthy investments with quick and profitable returns. I ventured in several directions the real estate market can take you: property management, selling residential, horse property, rural properties, second-family homes, and property transformation. I was awarded my broker license in May of 2009 in Bozeman, MT. This gave me an open door to getting my supervising designation. In June 2009 I became Supervising Broker at another Real Estate office.
