In her busy administrative role Tanya thrives on taking charge. She takes great pride in seeing people on her team succeed and knowing she's played a role in that success. She has a knack for talking to people and flourishes in social settings and relationships. Tanya and her husband Chad live in New Brighton, MN, they have 4 children, 3 grandchildren and we can't forget their awesome dog, Chase. In her spare time, you're bound to find her spending time with family & friends, watching sports, reading and dreaming of their next travel adventure!
