T-OZ is a specialty contractor, focusing on foundation underpinning, leveling, and repair, using pin piles, helical piers, and push or hydraulically jacked piles, as the site conditions require. We specialize in the use of small, hand portable equipment to perform this work in as minimally invasive as is possible. We also install pin piles and helical piers to support new foundation construction, soil nails and shotcrete for slope stabilization and slide repair. T-OZ is also a concrete repair contractor, performing epoxy crack injection for structural repairs, polyurethane resin injection for water intrusion mitigation, and CFRP -Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer repairs to structurally strengthen concrete.
