Hello, my name is Sylvia Cole and I am honored to be associated with Coldwell Banker Kappel Gateway Realty. Born in San Jose, CA, I have spent most of my life in Los Gatos, Campbell, and San Jose before moving to Vacaville in 1997. With a wonderful husband since 1980 and a son currently pursuing a Firefighter career, family has always been at the heart of everything I do. Before diving into the real estate industry, I spent 13 years working in the legal field. My journey in real estate began in Title and Escrow, where I gained invaluable experience over 2 1/2 years. It was there that I realized my true calling was in helping families navigate the buying and selling process. Over the years, I have developed an extensive knowledge of the real estate markets in Solano, Napa, and Yolo counties.
