Suzanne Fitzmaurice Sholes is an experienced professional with over 17 years of sales experience. Suzanne graduated from Brown University with a concentration in political science. Suzanne joined The Riverside Realty Group in Westport after a successful career on Wall Street as an Institutional Equity Sales person at several Wall Street Brokerage firms, including Credit Suisse and CIBC World Markets. Suzanne's proven track record as a Wall Street broker has demonstrated her ability to sell sophisticated products to some of the top New York Institutional and European Fund managers. These same traits that made her successful- knowledge of the product, commitment to her clients, great ethics and business savvy have helped her clients in navigating the purchase or sale of their homes. Real Estate has always been a passion for Suzanne .Her background on Wall Street has served her well in these transactions as she draws upon her financial skills and keen negotiating capabilities. Suzanne moved to Westport from Manhattan with her husband and two children and has first hand knowledge of the public and private schools and all the amenities that the local communities offer. Suzanne is passionate about Fairfield County and is happy to be returning to her husband's hometown. Suzanne is active in the National Charity League and other local causes.
