I grew up in Florida, and graduated from Florida State University with a BS in Residential Sciences and a minor in Urban Planning. Moving on to work as a Construction Superintendent with a residential builder for 5 years before moving to Asheville, NC with my husband. I have served on the board of Aspire Youth & Family, Inc. and volunteer with Habitat for Humanity. Through my career transitions, I have learned how to face challenges with creativity, positivity, and perseverance.
