I have been a local Realtor in the Temecula and Murrieta Valleys for several years, helping home owners sell their properties for top dollar, staging their homes when regular sales are possible. On the other hand, I have been one of the first agents that started helping sellers with their short sales since this market crash started. I am happy to mention that I am also a REO and Bank owned listing agent. I am also proud to say that I have been an active member of the Riverside HELP program (non-profit organization), helping many home owners keep their homes by refinancing or loan modification programs, all without remuneration, as part of my project to give back to the community. My business is rounded up with the several buyers, with whom I have been fortunate to be part of their home purchase decision. I have been blessed in working as a buyers agent for many families that I have helped with this important event in their lives. My experience with buyers include first time buyers, investors, relocation, rental exchange and past client that come back or have sent me referrals. In addition to my regular business, I perform Broker Professional Opinion reports (BPOs) for several companies and banks. This expertise is also applied to my knowledge when I price my own listings.
