Susie has been living in Anthem for over 10 years and enjoys the many activities and lifestyle Anthem has to offer. She discovered Anthem at the launch of the development and has become the area specialist. She sells and rents homes in the neighborhood and has had great success in establishing solid relationships with the owner, developer and builder. She is an avid real estate investor for over 33 years in areas ranging from Florida, Virginia, Colorado (ski areas and Front Range), and Costa Rica. Her goal as a realtor is to help clients find the home of their dreams, increase their personal wealth through solid real estate investments, or increase their retirement savings through Entrust IRAs, which allow the purchase of real estate with IRA/401K funds. Susie has a real zest for life and thoroughly enjoys the outdoors, cooking, cycling, skiing, volunteering in the school system, donating her time for fund raising for the less fortunate, and spending time traveling with her family. Susie also has quite a bit of international experience, having spent two years in Europe learning languages to help further her career. Susie believes that if you get the opportunity to enrich someone else's life, then you are truly living life and understand the concept of "giving back", a practice Susie implements daily.
