Susan is patient, knowledgeable and very helpful altogether. She is personable and encouraging and was a joy to work with . I'm happy that the loan process is complete but I will miss talking to her!
Susan was simply amazing to work with, always responsive and did a great job getting us CTC much sooner than is typical. She was able to keep everyone involved and informed through the whole process.
