Susan Webb has been a resident of Hendricks County for over 30 years where she has managed her real estate business, Homes&Homesites, Inc. Susan has more than 25 years' experience in new home construction, residential and commercial sales, personalized relocation assistance, property management and new community development. In 2002, Susan earned the Graduate REALTOR(r) Institute (GRI) designation and is a Real Estate Broker. In 2005, Homes&Homesites received the Treat People Better Award for businesses for spearheading a food drive to benefit Hendricks County food pantries. In addition to selling real estate, in 2007 she became a certified property manager and was named a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA(r)) by the Community Association Managers International Certification Board (CAMICB). In 2010, she co-founded H&H Management where she managed the business responsibilities for 20 neighborhood and condominium associations. In August 2014 she retired from this business endeavor to focus her time on her real estate career and community service. Susan has always been passionate about giving back to her local community. Since 1998, Susan has been a member of Tri Kappa. In 2006 she played a key role in establishing the charter chapter of Avon Tri Kappa - this organization promotes charity, culture and education. Susan has served in many leadership roles including President, Vice President and served on many committees. She also led the Avon Chapter in creating scholarships for Washington Township High School Seniors. These scholarships are in place to support the educational aspirations of future leaders going on to higher education. In addition, the Avon Chapter provides financial support to a number of community organizations and events. For the past seven years Susan has served as the Precinct Committeeman for Washington 17 and in 2008 her Precinct received the Hendricks County Model Precinct award. In addition she has served as a president and treasurer of the Washington Township Advisory Board. In 2014, Susan and her husband Russell Webb, Jr. celebrated their 25 wedding anniversary. Together, they have four grown children that all reside around Indianapolis.
