SUSAN WHALEY represents individuals and corporations in trial and appellate litigation. She received her J.D., cum laude , from Harvard Law School. While in law school, Susan was an executive editor for the Harvard Human Rights Journal . Additionally, she served as a student attorney for the Harvard Employment Law Clinic and the Harvard Health Law and Policy Clinic. Susan obtained her B.A., with high honors, from Swarthmore College.
