Susan spent her early years on the Klamath and Yakima Indian Reservations, where her father served as the Forest Manager for the Bureau of Indian Affairs. She moved to West Seattle in the 1970's and has remained here ever since. She loves the community's small-town atmosphere, convenience, and many beautiful parks. Susan embraces the cultural diversity Seattle has to offer. She earned her degree in education with several certifications including Special Ed. and taught middle and elementary school before becoming a Realtor in 1988. Susan loves her role as Mom and Grandma. Whether it is helping backstage at ballet recitals or cheering on the sidelines at soccer games. She has been active with a range of community service organizations and projects including Camp Fire, Community Service Day, and Project Cool which provides school supplies and clothing for homeless students. When she gets the chance, she escapes to the mountains. Kevin, a native of Seattle, loves the city to its core. He embraces the cultural diversity and endless natural beauty the Pacific Northwest has to offer. Kevin graduated from the University of Washington's nationally recognized School of Drama and played Division I soccer for the Huskies. Kevin loves spending time with his family and being involved with all his kids' activities. Kevin and his wife Vicky have two children;Liam,a freshman at Bowdoin College in Brunswick, Maine, and Cate,a junior at Seattle Prep.Vicky's mom Consuelo also lives with them as well as their family dog, Jude. Vicky is the owner/hairstylist at Salon VCM located in the Seahurst neighborhood of Burien. Much of Susan and Kevin's business comes from referrals from satisfied buyers and sellers. Clients are impressed by their commitment to understanding and ultimately delivering precisely what they want and need. They feel well-informed and represented throughout the process. With more than 32 years in the real estate business, Susan and Kevin have developed an interest in marketing,financial and legal aspects of real estate transactions and have become respected experts in contract details.
