EXPERIENCE: Susan is an Arizona native and has been a Real Estate Agent for over 30 years. Originally, Susan vacationed with her family in the Christopher Creek area and always wanted to make it her home. She opened the Christopher Creek office in 1992. Susan now lives in Payson and serves both the area of Christopher Creek and Payson. Susan became involved in the community serving as a past volunteer member of the Christopher Kohls Fire Department and Tonto Rim Search Rescue. Susan also helped establish the Christopher Creek Visitors Association and served as the secretary/treasurer of the Christopher Creek Homeowner's Association and past member of the Payson Kiwanis Club. Susan has a daughter and identical twin grandsons. She enjoys visits from her daughter and grandchildren. Susan and family also hike and have explored hundreds of miles of trails from the Highline Trail to the old Hunter Creek Trail and many in between. Susan belongs to the Central Arizona Board of Realtors , and the Scottsdale Board of Realtors and her listings are placed in both MLS boards for greater exposure. Real Estate is a personal service business. Susan has built a strong loyal customer base and has collected the necessary knowledge of the area to better service her customers. This knowledge and skills in the areas of financing, contracts, negotiating, marketing, wells, septic's, floodplain, surveys, is what you should expect.
