Sue Goodhart began her career in real estate in 1992 after an extensive career in sales and management including fourteen years as a small business owner. Her educational background includes a Master in City Planning from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Arts from Dickinson College. Sue understands how to apply these experiences to the business of real estate and has been successful as a result. She is a licensed Realtor in D.C., Virginia, and Maryland and has been a proud Washington area resident for 30 years. She has been McEnearney Associates' Top Producing agent from 2003 through 2012, selling $66 million in real estate volume last year. It should also be noted that the Old Town office of McEnearney Associates is the top producing office in all of Virginia. In 2006, the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors honored Sue with membership in the Top Twenty Residential Sales Agents' Club. She was recognized for her achievement in both sales volume and number of homes sold. Sue has also achieved lifetime status as a Top Producer with the Northern Virginia Board of Realtors. Nothing says success like success! Sue actively supports several charities, including St. Coletta's of Greater Washington and The Fund for Alexandria's Child. In 2009, The Goodhart Group was named the Small Business Philanthropist of the Year by Alexandria Volunteer Bureau. In her spare time, Sue enjoys attending Washington sporting events, relaxing at her second home in Bethany Beach and spending time with her husband Marty, daughters Allison and Amanda, and golden retriever Maddie.
