Sue Wolfe has called Brownstone Brooklyn "home" since the 1960's, first owning a brownstone in Fort Greene, then moving to a house in Boerum Hill. Before Lissa came to Real Estate she & Sue bought and sold a house in Red Hook. So Brooklyn's neighborhoods are well known and understood by her. _Sue developed her negotiating skills in a previous business life, which took her to Europe and the Far East, and she brings that skill, plus her knowledge of the buying and selling process, to working with you. For an array of community related activities focused on her Boerum Hill neighborhood and the Atlantic Avenue corridor are both special to her. She has been an active board member of the Atlantic Avenue Local Development Corp., for many years and president of the Boerum Hill Association for six years.
