Sue Mitchell Sue Mitchell began her career in residential real estate in 1991 in Orange County. She has successfully handled everything from the purchase and sale of single family starter homes to high end residences. Prior to entering real estate Sue was a Certified Public Accountant with KPMG Peat Marwick. She also worked as a corporate controller and finance manager for both a commercial builder and a large Southern California home builder where she gained insight into construction, lending and sales and marketing. Sue worked at Prudential California Realty's Newport Beach office where she was consistently ranked in the Top 10 and received the Presidents Award numerous times. Sue has sold dozens of homes in the beach areas of Corona del Mar and Newport Beach, Costa Mesa and throughout Tustin and North Tustin. She has handled relocation, short sales, helped her clients with loan modifications, 1031 exchanges, and provided leasing and property management services. Her interest continued as her husband, a custom home builder in Orange County, built properties in North Tustin, Shady Canyon, and Newport Coast.
