They catch you and tell you to call to make an appointment but they never ever answer their phone it's always busy I don't see how they stay in business
everyone very nice. The only thing is they are the most unorganized group, was waiting for almost 45 minutes after appt time. They continued adding walkins when they are almost closed and still have people waiting that actually made appointments....

They never answer the phone and the voice mailbox is full! Do your job people!
Dr. Kleen is the first optometrist in my whole life to actually *explain* what’s wrong with my vision. He recently even explained why the frames I bought weren’t working for me! He is super attentive, patient, & honestly… just friendly overall....
