Steven Rodriguez was born and raised in metropolitan New York and moved to Northern Virginia after college. He loved the Washington DC area and made it home. He has more than 25 years experience in corporate recruiting and brings top notch negotiation and collaboration skills to bear when working with his real estate clients. Steven earned an undergraduate degree from Old Dominion University in Business Administration and a graduate degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Maryland. His skills and experience working in a service industry give him a unique insight into how to provide top notch customer service while providing clear, reliable guidance to his clients. Steven entered the Real Estate world to be his own boss and help people reach the next stage in life. Steven is married and lives in Ashburn, VA with his wife, two college age children and beloved family dog Maggie Mae.
