With over 40 years in the business, I'm a seasoned professional who has successfully completed many transactions in multiple facets of the commercial real estate field. My expertise lies in the sale and leasing of office, industrial, retail, and investment properties. I also have experience in land sales and land development as well as analyzing and consulting on the sale of business opportunities.I obtained a New Jersey Real Estate License in 1979 and have been a full time Realtor since 1983. After graduating from New Jersey Realtors Institute in 1986 with a GRI designation, I transitioned into working exclusively in the commercial real estate arena. In 1989, I earned the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member, "CCIM" designation. I hold New Jersey and Pennsylvania Broker Associate licenses and a Florida Sales Associate license. During my career, I've earned numerous awards, including being named Mercer County Realtor of the Year. From 1997 to 2015, I was the Director for Commercial Properties at RA Weidel Realtors, Inc. in Pennington, New Jersey. My duties included the hiring and training of commercial real estate agents and sales and leasing of the aforementioned property types. I affiliated with Richardson Commercial Realtors, LLC in 2015 and in January of 2024 I acquired the firm. In May of 2024 I merged the firm with KW Commercial and am currently doing business as KW Commercial-Richardson Commercial Group.
